Returns & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes the items you purchase may not be the right fit for your environment. They may not match your décor, or you may simply decide you do not like them. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return or exchange the item to Beloi within 5 days of delivery (restocking fees may apply). We want to ensure you get the right product for your space, and our unparalleled selection of contemporary lighting products helps make this possible.

Please note: only purchases made directly through our website are eligible for return or exchange requests.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Cancellation

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom and built-to-order items

• Floor models, Open Box, and Clearance Items

• Large orders (single fixtures over 15,000 AED, or orders totaling over 15,000 AED on multiple quantities of the same fixture)

• Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way (including cut, clipped, or stripped wires)

• Items not in resalable condition or items missing original packaging

• Items not purchased from Beloi

• Items not purchased by the original customer (original purchase receipt required)

• Orders shipped outside the UAE

Products eligible for return or exchange must be in original, new, uninstalled condition, including all original parts and packaging. Any item meeting these conditions may be returned within 5 days of delivery.
